When does the delivery take place?

All orders placed before 16:00 (Israel time) are sent within 24 hours. Orders placed after 16:00 are considered as the next day. Some of our products can be sent within 24 hours . Furthermore, times zones differences should be taken into account when ordering. .

Where can orders be sent to?

What if the Recipient is not at home?

A www.Gifts2Israel.com courier will leave the order at a neighbor's house. He will also attach a note on the addresse's door mentioning the details of the order and where the order is. Should this not be possible, we'll call the receiver and set the best time to deliver.
